**Digital Marketing Executive - Retention & CRM**

In this role, you’ll design and execute automated customer journeys, personalized campaigns, and lifecycle strategies that boost retention, reduce churn, and grow customer lifetime value.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build automated workflows for onboarding, re-engagement, and loyalty
- Develop customer segmentation strategies for targeted communication
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging campaign assets
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results (open rates, CTRs, conversions)
- Use tools like Mailchimp, CleverTap, MoEngage, etc., to manage and execute campaigns
- Ensure data privacy compliance (eg. GDPR, CCPA)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proficiency with marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Experience with Shopify or other E-Commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with referral, loyalty, or rewards programs.
- Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, or UTM tracking for campaign analysis.
