
IT Support Executive

Saarathee CRM is hiring an IT Support Executive for our Gurgaon-based call centre operations. If you have at least 2 years of IT support experience and a passion for maintaining robust, secure, and efficient systems, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring uptime and technical efficiency for our telephony and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
System & Network Management:
Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure (servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, VPN).Ensure continuous network and internet connectivity.Support cloud and on-prem telephony systems (VoIP, PBX, diallers).
Telephony & Dialler Support:
Manage call centre diallers (auto, predictive, progressive).Oversee IVR systems and call routing.Ensure CRM and telephony system integration.
Technical Support (L1 & L2):
Provide IT support to call centre agents and staff.Resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.Coordinate with vendors for escalations.
Security & Data Protection:
Implement firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection.Maintain data security compliance.Patch systems to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Backup & Disaster Recovery:
Manage backup systems and redundancy plans.Ensure accessibility and safety of call data and recordings.
Software & CRM Integration:
Install and configure CRM and workforce management tools.Troubleshoot software integrations and handle API tasks.Automate tasks to boost efficiency.
IT Asset & Vendor Management:
Maintain IT inventory (PCs, routers, headsets).Coordinate procurement, upgrades, and license renewals.
Who You Are:
Proficient in networking, VoIP, system administration (Windows/Linux).Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.Familiar with CRM systems and cloud platforms.Good communication and documentation abilities.Aware of IT security best practices and process workflows.
Eligibility:
Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, preferably in a call centre or BPO setup.
