**Notice Period**: Immediate to 30 Days

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services in a timely manner.
- Document and track customer queries and issues in the support system, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new customers on product usage and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at all times.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the product development team based on customer issues and recurring concerns.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer or technical support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and CRM tools.
