**Position**: CRM Executive - Post Sales
**Location**: Sector 65, Gurgaon
**Experience**: 1+ years in Real Estate Post Sales
**Salary**: Open for Discussion
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, ensuring smooth handover and support.
- Manage customer relationships by addressing concerns, answering queries, and guiding them through the post-sales process.
- Maintain customer records, updates, and communication logs in CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, legal, etc.) to resolve customer issues related to documentation, payments, and property possession.
- Ensure timely communication of updates regarding project milestones, possession timelines, and payment schedules.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare post-sales reports and analysis for management.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in Real Estate, specifically in post-sales customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of real estate documentation and processes is a plus.
