- To contribute in achieving the organization’s strategic goals and maintaining a competitive edge- in the market by enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of the organization's field force.**Summary of Functions**
- Identification & Analysis of training needs. Planning & arranging for various traing programmes
- Internal & external. Review of background reading materials. Followup on the effectiveness of- training**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Design sales enablement learning solutions for Field Force- Design & Implement the Training Program- Develop initiatives aimed at reducing employee attrition through targeted training and development programs.- Design sales enablement learning solutions for various business verticals resulting in enhancing businessproductivity.- Implement productivity enhancement programs to ensure employees are working efficiently and effectively.- To identify training needs for all associates & consolidate these needs; analyze the training needs under- different categories.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
Coach, train and develop team members to enhance their skill levels to take next level position.
**Job Specifications**
- Any Pharma degree with MBA along with 8-10 years of experience in training,- learning and development of which atleast 3 to 4 years- in Pharma Sector. Passion for education & training organisation.- Passion for training is a must. B.Pharm + MBA is preferred.- Proven track records in organizing training and induction for all level of employees. Drive improvements in personal and team performance.
