
Sales & Business Operations Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Operations Manager to lead our sales operations, team development, collection management, and channel partner relationships. The role also involves working closely with the CEO on strategic growth initiatives and new course launches.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Scheduling
- Plan and schedule center visits in coordination with the team.
- Ensure daily lead follow-ups and timely customer connect by sales team members.
Hiring, Training & Quality Management
- Hire, coach, and train new sales team members.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and assessments.
- Analyze leads and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure CRM entries are accurate and updated.
- Implement best practices for consistent sales excellence.
Collection & Payment Management
- Act as SPOC for payment partners.
- Ensure timely collection of student fees and payment tracking.
- Oversee end-to-end collection processes and resolve issues proactively.
Channel Partner & Customer Relationship Management
- Onboard, train, and engage channel partners on offered courses.
- Maintain and update Google Sheets for lead tracking.
- Create and manage WhatsApp groups for seamless communication between partners,
counsellors, and sales team.
- Prepare periodic lead and revenue reports generated via channel partners.
Strategic Support & CEO Assistance
- Work closely with the CEO on business growth and expansion strategies.
- Support planning and execution of new course launches.
- Drive innovative initiatives and projects fostering business growth.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Analytical skills for lead & performance tracking.
- Ability to manage collections and partner relationships effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving approach.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors/Master's degree (MBA preferred).
- 4–7 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or partner/channel
management.
- Experience in the education/training sector will be an added advantage.
