Growth Catalyst

Sales Partners
, you'll represent leading brands and organizations through
on-ground face-to-face marketing
. This isn't a desk job — you'll be out in the field, building connections, creating awareness, and driving impact.
From
brand activations to public campaigns
, you'll learn the art of sales that's hands-on, dynamic, and full of growth potential.
What You'll Do
- Engage with people at
events, malls, and public spaces
, promoting top brands & causes. - Build genuine connections and represent clients with confidence.
- Learn the complete cycle of sales — from pitching to closing deals.
- Grow into leadership by training, managing, and inspiring your own team.
What You'll Get
Base salary ₹35,000 +
uncapped commissions
Fast-track to
Team Lead / Branch Manager in 6–8 months
Full training & mentorship (no prior sales experience required)
Performance-based promotions & recognition
