
Training Program Sales Executive

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Identify potential students through calls, walk-ins, online inquiries, and social media.
- Follow up on leads generated via ads, campaigns, and referrals.
- Maintain and grow a lead database (CRM or Excel).
1. Counseling & Course Promotion
- Understand the training programs in detail (curriculum, duration, certification, career scope).
- Advise prospective students on suitable courses based on their career goals or educational background.
- Explain course benefits, outcomes, and USPs clearly and confidently.
2. Conversion & Enrollment
- Convert inquiries into enrollments through persuasive communication.
- Handle objections professionally and provide solutions.
- Guide students through the registration, documentation, and fee payment process.
3. Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Work on upselling (combo courses) or cross-selling other institute services.
4. Coordination & Admin
- Coordinate with trainers and admin teams for scheduling, confirmations, and student follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and student data.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Fluent in English
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
