**Role Overview**:
As an **Employee Success Intern**, you will support initiatives aimed at improving employee experience, engagement, and wellbeing. You will work closely with HR and People Operations teams to help create a thriving work environment where employees can perform at their best.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support surveys and feedback initiatives to gather employee insights.
- Help coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Assist in developing communication materials that promote company culture and values.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Maintain records related to employee engagement and success metrics.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at employee recognition and rewards.
- Support wellbeing programs and other employee-centric projects.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Passion for improving workplace culture and employee experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with employee engagement tools and HR software is a plus but not mandatory.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a dynamic team.
