**Job title**:Recruitment Intern/Trainee

**Job description**:
In the Recruitment intern role, you will work under the supervision of the senior Recruitment officer. You will input updates on the department’s internal Recruitment database. You will also assist in the overall recruitment process, from interview setup to paperwork associated with the onboarding of new employees. Success in this role will be demonstrated by delivering high-quality and timely Recruitment assistance under mínimal supervision, helping the Recruitment department meet daily objectives.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability
- Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
- Performs ad hoc tasks as required

**Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, the preferred course of study to include Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to demonstrate professional work ethic
- Able to maintain flexible work schedule
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills

Working Days - Monday - Friday

Job Location - Indore

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
