
Executive Assistant to CEO

**A) Executive Support**:
- Manage CEO's documents, office space, appointments, travel, and meetings.
- Communicate directives and follow up with team members.
- Coordinate with departments to relay orders and source data.
**B) Administrative Support**:
- Develop efficient filing systems and assist with reports and presentations.
- Manage calendars, confidential information, and travel arrangements.
- Support budget preparation and liaise with external stakeholders.
**C) Project Management**:
- Assist in planning and executing special projects.
- Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate teams and prepare project updates.
**D) Communication**:
- Serve as the primary contact between executives and stakeholders.
- Draft correspondence and facilitate inter-departmental communication.
**E) Process Improvement**:
- Enhance executive office efficiency and stay updated on industry practices.
- Participate in professional development initiatives.
**Expectations**
**Education & Experience**:
- Graduation with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of platforms like Cisco WebEx, Zoom, MS Teams is a plus.
- Strong communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus); confident with varied audiences.
- Team player, polite, and courteous across hierarchies.
