- Provide administrative support to the operations team, such as answering phones and maintaining records.
- Assist with organizing shipments by booking space on ships, planes, or trucks.
- Help prepare and process shipping and customs documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
- Liaise with clients and carriers to provide customer service and status updates.
- Support with tasks like sorting proof of deliveries (PODs) and opening job files.
- Develop and maintain filing systems.
- Communicate with suppliers to organize shipments.
