IT Sales Executive

Key responsibilities
- **Sales and prospecting**: Generate new leads through cold-calling, networking, and digital tools. Identify and qualify potential customers and build a sales pipeline.
- **Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their specific business needs and providing solutions.**:
- **Product demonstration and technical support: Present and demonstrate software and hardware solutions to clients. Explain technical features and provide advice on product use and potential upgrades.**
- **Sales cycle management: Manage the entire sales cycle, including preparing proposals and quotations, handling objections, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.**:
- **Sales reporting and administration: Maintain accurate records of all customer and sales data in the CRM system. Prepare reports on sales progress and market feedback.**:
- **Market and product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on constantly changing IT systems, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide expert advice.**:
- **Target achievement: Achieve personal and team sales targets by contributing to overall business growth.**
**Essential skills and qualifications**
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge of IT products and services.
- Problem-solving and customer-focused strategy skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work towards sales goals.
- A relevant bachelor's degree in a field like engineering or business is often required.
