**Job Title: Cold Calling Executive (IT Sales - Remote)**
**Location**: Work From Home (Remote)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to IT companies in Australia, introducing our services and setting up discovery calls.
- Engage with technical heads, CTOs, or other decision-makers to arrange meetings.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads.
- Meet or exceed the set target of scheduled meetings per week.
- Prior experience in outbound sales, particularly cold calling to international markets (preferably in the US or other English-speaking regions).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
- Experience in selling or promoting IT products or services is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours to align with Australian business hours.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outbound cold calling or sales, ideally in IT or B2B sectors.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM tools to track and manage leads.
