Location: Ahmedabad Reports to: Delivery Head Employment: Permanent **Introduction** Discus IT (part of Discus Business Solutions) was established in the year 2009 and enjoys a reputation of being a full-service Technology Consulting firm. Located in Ahmedabad, India, Discus IT has established the business verticals of Cloud Services with its partnership with AWS, ERP Consulting specializing in SAP and a plethora of Enterprise Software solutions. **Job Overview**: As a presales Executive, you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations. Your job will also include understanding the customer needs and pitching the company products as suitable solutions. **Expectations**: You will be responsible for converting leads into sales & onboarding new clients take ownership of the assets required for the above. **Duties & Responsibilities** - Lead the pre-sales function client onboarding sales process - Own improve the tools for lead conversions onboarding - Prepare demo pitches focusing on solution USPs in response to lead generation campaigns - Become an expert at understanding customer pain points across solution verticals (DMS, QMS, Cloud, SAP, etc) - Help recruit manage a team of pre-sales executives - Keep the pre-sales onboarding team up-to-date with new developments at Discus - Guide, mentor enable the team to convert leads into sales - Build & maintain relations across the customer base - existing potential - Prepare maintain demo systems for products - Take ownership of collateral for products & services - Brochures, PPTs, Case Studies, etc - Present pre-sales efforts conversions at Sales meetings Prepare commercial proposal or PPT **You will succeed in this role if ** - You are a people person - Enjoy interacting with new people - Enjoy problem-solving - Are creative in thinking up solutions - Have excellent communication skills (must be fluent in English & Hindi) - Have a friendly attitude that built trust - Have an excellent work ethic **You must have** - 1+ Year Experience selling Software SaaS solutions & onboarding clients - Worked with international clients (on or more of US, UK, Australia, South Africa, etc) - Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi Motivation to succeed - Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skill, negotiation, presentation and business acumen. - Should be proficient in English and Hindi. Any other language will be a plus - Good Techno functional consultant with a passion to work with products and solutions **Experience (preferred)** - Working at a major competitor (eg Zoho, Kissflow, etc) - Knowledge of SAP & Cloud (AWS)
