**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process

**Location**: Yerwada, Pune
**CTC**: ₹4.5 - ₹5.5 LPA
**Shift**: Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
**Week Off**: 2 rotational week-offs

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism on every call.
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and productivity.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **7 months of experience** in an **international voice process (on paper)** is mandatory.
- Excellent **English communication skills** - both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in **rotational shifts** and handle pressure effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
