Office Administrator

- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
- Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
- Updating office policies and procedures
- Supporting department managers, staff, Service Providers, and Vendors.
- Order and maintain stationery and equipment Records
- Organise travel and accommodation for staff and other external contacts
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
**Salary**: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
