Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the organization. This role ensures the smooth running of office functions, maintains records, coordinates office procedures, and supports various departments by handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration:

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Ensure office procedures are followed and updated as needed.

2. Record Keeping & Documentation:

- Maintain and organize company records, databases, and files.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

3. Human Resources Support:

- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records.
- Track attendance, leave requests, and staff schedules.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

4. Finance & Budgeting Assistance:

- Process invoices, reimbursements, and expense reports.
- Maintain records of financial transactions and assist in budget preparation.
- Liaise with the finance team for procurement and vendor payments.

5. Coordination & Communication:

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for executives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Facilitate internal communication between different departments.

6. Compliance & Policy Implementation:

- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Assist in audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
- Support the implementation of workplace health and safety measures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Skills:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

- Office-based role with standard working hours.
- May require occasional travel for meetings or company events.
- Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and efficiency.
