Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator, based in Delhi, India. The Office Administrator will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage office equipment, and ensure the smooth operation of office activities. Responsibilities will include providing administrative support, coordinating with teams, managing communication, handling customer queries, and maintaining organizational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Strong skills in handling Office Equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with teams and address client needs.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field are advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills: and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication skills .
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with common office software: like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma: or a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Must have at least 1 year of prior office administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As our Office Admin you are expected to fulfill responsibilities like managing daily office operations, providing administrative support to staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Key duties involve:

  • Must be able to handle wide variety of tasks to help the seniors get through the day to day chores.
  • Must also have good computer operating knowledge.
  • Must also know how to maintain sheets in Excel effectively.
  • Office operations: Oversee day-to-day functions to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Administrative support: Handle tasks like answering phones, responding to emails, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Scheduling and coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel for staff. Manage conference room bookings and calendars.
  • Office management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, place orders as needed, and oversee office maintenance.
  • Record keeping: Maintain and organize both physical and digital files and records.
  • Financial tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping, including tracking expenses, managing invoices, and assisting with budget tracking.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff, external clients, vendors, and visitors.
  • Event support: Assist in organizing and executing company events, such as staff meetings and social gatherings.
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
