**Office Administration**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for effective communication.
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and correspondence.
- **Accounts Management**:

- Assist in bookkeeping, data entry, and maintaining financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Generate basic financial reports and summaries as required.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Ensure timely maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present administrative and financial reports to management.
- **Customer and Team Support**:

- Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors regarding administrative matters.
- Support other departments by providing necessary administrative assistance.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is preferred.
- **Experience**: 3months to 6 months in office administration or accounts.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Having laptop is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
