**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with team members to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in maintaining a positive office environment.
- **Sales Support**:
- Identify potential clients and make outreach calls.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales opportunities.
- Receive incentives for successful client acquisition.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of HR software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
