Administration Officer

Role Overview:
The Admin Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the school’s administrative functions. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who can manage various administrative tasks, support school staff, and maintain effective communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain and update school records, databases, and filing systems.
Coordinate with staff, parents, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Facility Management:
Ensure the school facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to a positive learning environment.
Liaise with maintenance staff and external contractors for repairs and upkeep.
Oversee the inventory of school supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
Event Coordination:
Plan and organize school events, meetings, and activities in collaboration with staff and administration.
Manage logistics for events, including scheduling, venue setup, and coordination of resources.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit reports to the school administration and regulatory bodies as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support Functions:
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff members.
Provide administrative support to the school principal and other senior staff as required.
Address and resolve any administrative issues or inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or management role, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
