We are committed to excellence and innovation and are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented individual to join our team to streamline our front-office operations and administrative tasks. **Job Summary**: We are seeking a proactive Receptionist & Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and to manage a variety of administrative responsibilities. This role involves handling front desk duties, managing office operations, assisting with client communications, updating our Indiamart portal with new products, and coordinating solutions for daily office challenges. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Reception Duties**: - Welcome and greet visitors in a professional manner. - Maintain a neat and organized reception area. - **Administrative Support**: - Perform general office administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. - Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments. - Support various teams with ad hoc administrative tasks. - **Client Communication**: - Maintain and update client contact lists. - Ensure all communications are professional and in clear, proper English. - **Digital Platform Management**: - Manage the Indiamart portal by adding new products and updating existing listings. - Ensure that online product information is current, accurate, and engaging. - **Office Coordination**: - Coordinate with vendors and service providers to address office-related issues. - Assist in organizing office events and meetings. - Address and resolve day-to-day operational challenges in a timely manner. **Qualifications**: - **Preferred Gender**: Women are preferred for this position. - **Preferred Location**: We would prefer if you live close to Green Park Area - **Experience**: - Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is highly desirable. - Experience in the hardware, fastener, or steel industry is a plus but not required. - **Skills**: - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with digital platforms. - A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. **What We Offer**: - A collaborative and supportive work environment. - Opportunities for professional growth and development. - Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
