**Job Summary**:
The Assistant Executive for Last Mile Logistics will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end management of the last mile delivery process. This includes coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers, and assisting with day-to-day logistics operations. The role involves close collaboration with drivers, warehouse teams, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Last Mile Delivery Coordination**:

- Support the planning and execution of last-mile delivery routes to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
- Monitor and track deliveries in real-time, identifying potential delays or issues and working to resolve them promptly.
- Assist in managing the delivery schedule and dispatch of orders, optimizing routes and ensuring efficiency.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Act as a point of contact between the operations team, customers, and delivery drivers to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Provide timely updates to customers on delivery status, resolving issues such as delays or missed deliveries.
- Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely dispatch of goods for last-mile delivery.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Assist in monitoring the performance of last-mile delivery services, including KPIs such as delivery times, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on delivery operations, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the team on performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve issues related to deliveries, such as delays, damages, or customer complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments (such as customer service and operations) to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all necessary documentation for deliveries is properly completed and filed (e.g., delivery notes, invoices, and proof of delivery).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to delivery processes.
- **Technology Utilization**:

- Utilize logistics management software and tools to track deliveries, manage routes, and communicate with drivers.
- Assist in implementing new technology or process improvements to enhance the last mile logistics process.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or last mile delivery operations.
- Experience with logistics software and tracking systems is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
- Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and familiarity with logistics management tools.
- **Preferred**:

- Familiarity with the last mile logistics industry, delivery management platforms, or routing software.
- Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
