We are hiring a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support our sales and client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in business development in It company, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert on Upwork Submitting Proposal
  • LinkedIn expert to find prospect clients and generate lead
  • Cold Email
  • Identify potential clients and generate new leads
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, or meetings
  • Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
  • Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must have experience in IT Company
