JD – Business Development Executive (Machines, CBG)

Position: Business Development Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: [As per posting / CBG Plant]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers for CBG plant machinery and related equipment.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations with clients.

  • Coordinate with technical and service teams for client requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.

  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to promote products.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical products and explain to clients.

  • Good knowledge of sales strategies and market development.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, MBA preferred.

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in machinery, renewable energy, or related industry).

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head – Sales & Marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
