Position: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: [As per posting / CBG Plant]
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers for CBG plant machinery and related equipment.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations with clients.
Coordinate with technical and service teams for client requirements.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events to promote products.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical products and explain to clients.
Good knowledge of sales strategies and market development.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, MBA preferred.
2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in machinery, renewable energy, or related industry).
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head – Sales & Marketing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
