We are seeking a **Telesales Executive** to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and promote medical equipment to prospective clients. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a sales-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers).
- Promote and explain company’s medical equipment and services.
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a database of leads and update CRM/records.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with field sales team for client meetings and closures.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in telesales/telecalling (healthcare/medical sales preferred).
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Compensation
- Salary**:Up to ₹25,000 per month** + attractive incentives.
