WELLMAKE DECORS is seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As the backbone of our office operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative processes. From managing office logistics to providing administrative support, you will be instrumental in maintaining a productive and collaborative work environment for our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist with organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance requests, repairs, and cleanliness.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry to support team efficiency.
- Assist with HR-related activities, including employee onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Experience and Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0.6 to 1.2 years Proven experience in office administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to take on new challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
