**Channel Sales Executive - Endpoint**
**Role Overview**:The Channel Sales Executive will develop and manage a robust network of resellers, distributors, and channel partners, focusing on both new and refurbished laptops, desktops, and workstations. This role is pivotal in expanding market reach and driving revenue growth by leveraging partnerships with key OEMs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Partner Development & Management**:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard potential channel partners to expand distribution networks.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with resellers, distributors, and third-party partners.
- Coordinate with OEMs (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, Microsoft, etc.) to align channel strategies and support product launches.
- **Sales & Revenue Growth**:
- Drive sales targets through effective channel management and partner enablement programs.
- Develop and implement joint marketing and sales strategies with partners to increase market penetration.
- Monitor partner performance and provide actionable insights to improve channel effectiveness.
- **Market Analysis & Strategy**:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust channel strategies.
- Forecast channel sales and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support inventory planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
- **Training & Support**:
- Develop training programs and sales collateral for partners to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, providing timely support and resolving issues.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the IT hardware sector.
- Familiarity with OEM products from brands such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, and Microsoft.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently, travel as needed, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,819.95 - ₹35,314.05 per month
