
Channel Sales Executive

**Responsibility**:
**1-Channel Partner Management**:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's reach in the market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing support and ensuring their success.
**2-Sales Strategy**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective channel sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Set targets and goals for channel partners and work towards achieving mutually agreed-upon sales quotas.
**3-Training and Enablement**:
**Conduct training sessions for channel partners to ensure they are well-versed in the product or service offerings.**
**Provide necessary tools, resources, and marketing materials to enable partners to effectively sell products.**
**4-Market Analysis**:
**Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats in the channel sales space.**
**Provide feedback to the company on market conditions and potential adjustments to the channel strategy.**
**5-Sales Support**:
**Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create promotional campaigns and sales materials that resonate with channel partners.**
**Act as a liaison between channel partners and internal teams to address any issues and ensure smooth communication.**
**6-Reporting and Analysis**:
**Prepare and present regular reports on channel sales performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.**
**Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the channel sales landscape.**
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
