**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Channel Partner Management**:

- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing channel partners to ensure sales targets are met.
- Conduct regular meetings with partners to ensure alignment with company goals, product updates, and marketing activities.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Work closely with channel partners to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive channel partner sales.
- Provide support and training to channel partners to increase product knowledge and improve sales performance.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide feedback to internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) on customer and market needs to improve offerings.
- **Sales Forecasting and Reporting**:

- Regularly update forecasts and sales reports on channel partner performance.
- Track sales progress and take corrective action if targets are not being met.
- Maintain accurate records of partner sales activities in CRM.
- **Promotions and Events**:

- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions through partners.
- Organize and participate in channel partner events, training sessions, and conferences to drive product awareness and sales.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with other internal teams, such as marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders through channel partners.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-4 years in channel sales or partner management.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Language**: Fluent in local Language, English And Hindi.
- **Sales Expertise**: Strong understanding of channel sales models and experience working with channel partners.
- **Relationship Building**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to drive mutually beneficial agreements with channel partners.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and office productivity software.
