**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize channel partner performance.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners and provide them with necessary training and support.
- Achieve sales targets through effective channel management and partner engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and Sales team, to align sales efforts.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the company and channel partners for order processing, pricing, and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in channel sales, dealer management, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales through indirect channels.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales management software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in [mention relevant industry, e.g., automotive, electronics, construction materials, etc.] is a plus.
