Channel Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries and activities.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to develop channel partner programs, incentives, and promotional campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Provide training, sales support, and resources to channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively sell our products or services.
- Monitor and analyze channel partner performance, including sales metrics, market share, and customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to address any performance issues or gaps.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of engagement with channel partners to ensure alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with channel partners to assess progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive alignment with mutual goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and potential channel partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and promote our brand and offerings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all channel partner activities and relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in channel partner management, business development, or sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, distribution channels, and partner ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales and marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with channel partners, attend industry events, and visit customer sites.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
