**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales and brand awareness for our metal and wooden furniture products. The role involves managing B2B and B2C client relationships, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing campaigns to increase market share and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and institutional segments.
- Visit architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail clients to pitch furniture solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads and orders.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings to showcase products.
- **Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Assist in designing marketing collaterals, catalogs, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with the production and design team to align promotional activities with inventory and new product launches.
- **Reporting and Coordination**:

- Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports to management.
- Coordinate with logistics and after-sales teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and product improvements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
