**Job Title: Project Marketing Executive - Real Estate**

**Job Purpose**:
**To actively engage with real estate developers, secure appointments, and present the company’s marketing plans, convincing them to partner with us to enhance the sales and visibility of their properties.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:

- **Regularly visit real estate developers to introduce and promote the company’s project marketing services.**:

- **Build and nurture strong relationships with developers to understand their needs and objectives.**:

- **Schedule appointments with decision-makers, including developers and marketing heads, to pitch tailored marketing solutions.**

**Marketing Plan Sales**:

- **Present the company’s comprehensive marketing plans, showcasing their value in driving property sales and market reach.**:

- **Customize marketing strategies based on the developer’s project type (residential, commercial, or plotted properties) and target audience.**:

- **Highlight successful case studies and proven results to instill confidence in potential clients.**

**Lead Conversion**:

- **Actively convert developer meetings into sales by addressing their concerns and offering viable marketing solutions.**:

- **Negotiate pricing and finalize agreements in line with company policies.**

**Market Research & Insights**:

- **Gather insights on developer needs, ongoing projects, and market trends during visits to refine service offerings.**:

- **Maintain awareness of competitor activities and strategies to differentiate the company’s marketing plans.**

**Reporting & Follow-Up**:

- **Maintain detailed records of meetings, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.**:

- **Provide regular reports on sales progress, client feedback, and challenges encountered during field visits.**

**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.**

**Experience**:

- **1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement roles, preferably in real estate, media, or related fields.**

**Skills**:

- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with developers.**:

- **Persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities.**:

- **Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.**

**Technical Proficiency**:

- **Familiarity with CRM tools to manage client interactions.**:

- **Basic understanding of real estate project marketing is a plus.**

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Number of developer appointments secured and attended.**:

- **Conversion rate of meetings to signed agreements.**:

- **Revenue generated from marketing plan sales.**:

- **Client satisfaction and retention rates.**

**Work Location**:
**Field-based role primarily in Thane city, with frequent travel to meet developers and clients.**

**Compensation**:
**Competitive salary with performance-based incentives tied to sales conversions.**
