**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in generating leads and prospecting potential clients.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, demos, and presentations.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- **Marketing Assistance**:

- Support the marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating content for social media platforms, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify marketing opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Provide general administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales/marketing performance metrics as needed.
- Assist in inventory management and order processing.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in sales support, marketing assistance, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
