**Job Summary**:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and closing sales for one of our key product lines: corporate trainings & Microsoft certification vouchers, IS & cybersecurity audits, Excel outsourcing services, or financial products distribution. Your specific product line assignment will be determined based on your background, skills, and interests.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our product offerings.
- **Sales & Customer Engagement**:
- Present and promote the assigned product line to potential clients, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
- **Account Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support, addressing any concerns or additional needs the client may have.
- **Sales Reporting & CRM Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to the Sales Manager on market trends and client needs.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions relevant to your assigned product line.
- Use market insights to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Finance, or a related field, depending on the assigned product line. Having MBA / MMS / PGDM or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in B2B environments, is preferred.
- Knowledge of the specific product line you will be assigned to (e.g., corporate training, cybersecurity, financial products) is an advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different products and industries.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite will be desirable, though not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving challenging sales targets.
