- Sales Representative to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. In this role, you will engage with customers to promote and sell advanced electronic switches, projectors. You will utilize your sales skills and automation tools to optimize the sales process, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Implement and manage automation strategies to streamline the sales process and enhance customer engagement.
Customer Outreach: Conduct field visits and virtual meetings to introduce and promote electronic switches to new and existing clients.
Product Presentation: Demonstrate the features and advantages of our products, customizing presentations to meet specific customer needs and address their feedback.
Lead Generation: Use automation tools and proactive outreach to identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Engage in networking activities to expand our client base.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and foster loyalty.
Order Management: Oversee the order process, address customer inquiries, and provide follow-up support to ensure seamless transactions.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies and tactics.
Performance Metrics: Achieve or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall success and growth.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications: BE/any degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred + MBA (Optional)
Experience: Prior experience in sales automation or field sales, especially within the electronics sector, is highly desirable.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships.
Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic switches and automation tools is a plus but not essential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with sales automation software.
Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for field visits within assigned area.
