**Job Description**:
Achieve Company Targets of Primary/Secondary - Sales Volume, Value & Distribution
Initiate, Manage and Develop Sales & Distribution network in the assigned Territory to deliver
optimum availability and market share
Facilitate Business Development initiatives by screening potential clients and conversion
Ensure timely collection of receivable and budgetary controls
Map and report Competition Activity and initiate tactical drives to sustain continuous growth
Adhere to systems of order lead time and timely execution of orders by close co-ordination with
distributor
Champion innovative ideas and solutions, shared learning’s and continuous improvements of the
company’s systems and plans.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3 years of recent & relevant experience in Sales to HoReCa & Institutions
Strong understanding of territory and good grip on markets.
Excellent relation and rapport with relevant trade & traders
Self-driven with ability to operate individually.
