Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the Horeca and MT industries. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- **Customer Acquisition**: Identify and target potential customers within the Horeca and MT sectors. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products or services and address customer needs.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close deals effectively.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Horeca or MT industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A passion for sales and a drive to achieve results.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
