Role Overview
We're looking for a passionate and high-performing HORECA Sales Manager to aggressively scale our Essentials Range (Soda, Tonic, Ginger Ale) in premium hotels, bars, restaurants, cafés, clubs, lounges, and catering groups.
This role is core to TopCan's growth story and will involve market mapping, on-ground activations, institutional tie-ups, and key account relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive B2B sales of TopCan Essentials to hotels, restaurants, bars, QSR chains, and clubs
• Build and manage relationships with F&B directors, procurement heads, chefs, and bar managers
• Conduct sampling sessions, product demos, and bartender trials to show value of our carbonation, flavor profile, and packaging advantage
• Identify regional distributors or channel partners for HORECA in target markets
• Monitor competitor activity in mixers, tonics, and RTD space and give feedback to marketing
• Work closely with internal ops, marketing & design to customize offerings for key accounts

You Bring
• 2–5 years experience in beverage, FMCG or alcohol sales (HORECA experience must)
• Strong connects in the hospitality or foodservice space (hotels, restaurants, pubs)
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Hustler attitude – you'll build this vertical city by city
• Exposure to modern trade, QSR, or airline catering a plus
