Chairman’s Secretary
**Location**: Hennur, Bangalore

**Experience**: 1-2 years (preferred)
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the **Chairman’s calendar**, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
- Prepare **meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations** as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders for smooth business operations.
- Arrange **travel itineraries**, accommodation, and logistics for official trips.
- Maintain **records, files, and documentation** in an organized manner.
- Support in organizing **official functions, events, and meetings**.
- Handle **office administration** related to the Chairman’s office.
- Provide **personal assistance** as and when required, maintaining discretion at all times.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Secretarial Practice, or related field).
- **1-2years** of experience as an Executive Assistant / Secretary to Senior Management.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)**.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking abilities**.
- High level of **confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism**.
- Pleasant personality with a **positive attitude and grooming standards** suitable for executive interactions.
**Work Details**:
- **Work Location**: Hennur, Bangalore
- **Work Mode**: Onsite
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week
- **Timings**: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexible as per Chairman’s schedule)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
