Experience: 4-6 yearsWe are looking for an Executive Assistant to partner with our Chairman and ensure smooth management of business priorities. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities — we need someone who combines strong organizational skills with customer facing experience and business operations.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the Chairman’s calendar, travel, and communications with efficiency and discretion.
Act as a key liaison with senior management, external stakeholders and internal stakeholders with chairman's office.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews for strategic decision-making.
Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and enable the Chairman to focus on high-impact areas.
What We’re Looking For:
4-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a customer-facing/business support role.
Exposure to executive-level interactions.
Solid understanding of business processes and operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and agility in a dynamic environment.
