Influence Marketer for CEO

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated **Influence Marketer** to manage the personal branding, public image, and digital presence of our CEO & Chairman. This role involves strategic content creation, event coordination, public relations, and digital marketing to enhance their influence in the industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Branding & Positioning**
- **Develop a personal branding roadmap** for the CEO & Chairman to position them as an industry thought leader.
- **Establish and maintain a consistent voice and tone** across all communications and platforms.
- Conduct regular research to identify trends and adapt strategies for enhanced visibility.
- Define and monitor short-term and long-term branding objectives, aligning them with organizational goals.
**Content Creation & Management**
- Plan and create **engaging, professional, and relatable content** for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and blogs.
- Design high-quality visuals, reels, and videos using tools like **Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro**.
- Write and edit **thought leadership articles, speeches, and professional blogs** for media and conferences.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely posting and engagement.
**Social Media Strategy & Growth**
- Build and execute a **data-driven social media strategy** for the CEO & Chairman.
- **Optimize social media profiles** for maximum visibility and professional appeal.
- Track and report performance metrics like **engagement, reach, and follower growth** using tools like **Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social**.
- Leverage trending hashtags, formats, and storytelling techniques to create viral-worthy content.
**Public Relations & Media Management**
- Collaborate with PR agencies or in-house teams to handle **media engagements** for the CEO.
- Draft **press releases, articles, and pitches** to promote the CEO’s presence in top-tier publications.
- Build and nurture relationships with **journalists, bloggers, and influencers** for collaborations.
- Coordinate media interviews, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s branding message.
**Event Management & Public Engagement**
- Identify high-value speaking engagements, conferences, and networking events for the CEO.
- Plan and execute **webinars, live sessions, and podcasts**, including concept development, audience targeting, and follow-up campaigns.
- Prepare detailed briefing materials, speeches, and Q&A documents for public appearances.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site and virtual events to ensure a seamless experience.
**Networking & Partnership Development**
- Build partnerships with **influencers, thought leaders, and organizations** to enhance the CEO’s reach.
- Facilitate collaborations for co-branded projects or joint initiatives.
- Create meaningful engagement opportunities with stakeholders and industry peers.
**Reputation Management & Crisis Handling**
- Monitor and address potential reputation risks by tracking mentions, reviews, and news coverage.
- Create a contingency plan for handling **negative press or social media backlash**.
- Establish the CEO’s reputation as a reliable, professional, and respected figure in the industry.
**Advanced Tools & Technical Expertise**
- Use advanced **photo and video editing software** like **Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve** for professional-quality content.
- Leverage **AI tools like Jasper, ChatGPT, or Grammarly** to create polished and impactful content.
- Utilize **analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot)** to measure campaign success and optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on **new tools and platforms**, integrating them into the strategy for better efficiency.
**Analytics & Insights**
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, identifying areas of improvement and new opportunities.
- Use insights to refine strategies and demonstrate the ROI of branding efforts to the CEO & Chairman.
- Analyze audience preferences and behavior to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
**Creativity & Innovation**
- Brainstorm and pitch **creative campaign ideas** to establish the CEO as an engaging, relatable leader.
- Experiment with **new content formats** like live Q&A sessions, Instagram Stories, or LinkedIn carousels.
**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with internal departments like marketing, design, and PR teams to maintain synergy.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members, offering guidance on content creation and branding.
**Professional Development**
- Stay updated on the latest **industry trends, social media algorithms, and branding practices**.
- Attend workshops, webinars, and conferences to enhance skills and bring fresh ideas.
**Administrative Tasks**
