**Key Responsibilities**

**1 Influencer Outreach Relationship Management**

Identify and research relevant influencers aligned with brand values and target audience (YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

Build and maintain long term relationships with influencers (macro, and celebrity).

Act as the primary point of contact throughout campaign execution.

**2 Negotiation Contract Management**

Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, compensation, and timelines.

Draft partnership proposals aligned with both influencer and brand goals.

Handle negotiations involving usage rights, exclusivity, and performance KPIs.

Ensure agreements adhere to campaign budgets and legal guidelines.

**3 Content Strategy Campaign Execution**

Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and on brand content.

Provide creative briefs and brand guidelines.

Review and approve influencer content for brand compliance before publishing.

Monitor live campaigns and suggest optimizations as needed.

**4 Performance Analysis Reporting**

Track and analyze key campaign metrics reach, engagement, conversions, ROI.

Prepare detailed post campaign reports with insights and recommendations.

Maintain an organized influencer database with contact details, rates, and performance records.

**Qualifications Skills**

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1 - 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.

Hands on experience with influencer marketing platforms AspireI Q Grin, Up fluence is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Deep understanding of social media and influencer marketing trends.
