**Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the Chairman.
- Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Attend meetings with the Chairman, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research and compile data to support the Chairman's decision-making process.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the Chairman.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and functions involving the Chairman.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field; additional certification as an Executive Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role, preferably supporting a senior executive or chairman.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and office management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
