We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth for our L&D Product(SAAS) & VAS(upskilling)
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for enterprise clients
- Conduct research to identify potential enterprise-level clients and build a pipeline of prospects
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to create compelling sales collateral and case studies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers at enterprise-level clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and feedback
- Attend industry conferences and events to promote our upskilling courses and learning platform
**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of successful sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience selling to enterprise-level clients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to large groups
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹980,000.00 per year
