Job description Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our on-ground enterprise sales efforts in India. Based out of Bangalore, this role will be responsible for acquiring and growing enterprise accounts, building strong CXO/VP-level relationships, and positioning our training and talent solutions as the preferred choice for workforce development. Job Description Enterprise Sales Manager (India, Bangalore) Responsible For: Rewire Sales (Corporate Training) Location: Bangalore, India Experience Required: 5+ years in Enterprise Sales (preferably in EdTech / Training / Talent Solutions) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure. - Develop and execute sales strategies to target large enterprises, GCCs, and corporates in India. - Understand client requirements and align our Training & Talent Solutions to meet business needs. - Build strong relationships with HR leaders, L&D heads, CIOs, CTOs, and business stakeholders. - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure customer success and repeat business. - Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving EdTech & talent ecosystem in India. - Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, and client forums to strengthen brand presence. Requirements - Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales with proven success in EdTech, Corporate Training, Talent Solutions, or SaaS. - Strong network within Bangalore and broader Indian enterprise ecosystem. - Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large accounts. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently, with a hunter mindset and strong execution focus. - Local to Bangalore with a deep understanding of the Indian EdTech & corporate skilling landscape.
