**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive

**Location**: Coimbatore / Masakalipalyam
**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Working Hours**: 10:00AM - 6:00PM, Monday to Saturday

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic **Customer Relationship Executive** to manage client interactions, ensure customer satisfaction, and support the delivery of our transformational services. You’ll be the frontline brand ambassador—building trust, maintaining relationships, and driving client success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide potential clients through our services and onboarding process.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for feedback, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- Update CRM records and ensure accurate tracking of communication and service status.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical) to resolve customer queries and ensure timely delivery.
- Escalate client issues where necessary and ensure proper resolution and client satisfaction.
- Support strategy session scheduling and post-service relationship follow-up.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic understanding of business services and digital tools

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in customer support, relationship management, or telecalling is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome
