- **Work timings : 9:30 Am to 8 :30 Pm**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update customer database, including contact information and purchase history.
- Provide insights and support to the sales team for personalized service.
- Engage with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- Assist in executing promotions and marketing campaigns for existing and potential customers.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements.
- Analyze customer data for insights and provide reports for strategic decisions.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
- Educate showroom staff on CRM tools and best practices for customer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and inventory teams for cohesive CRM approaches.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,707.72 per month
